The vision for Community Education is to create and sustain a more informed, compassionate, and prepared community by providing accessible education about hospice, end-of-life care, caregiving, grief, and advance care planning—empowering individuals and families with the knowledge and confidence to navigate life’s most difficult transitions.

The vision for the Community Hospice House is to create and sustain a home where hospice patients  can receive expert, compassionate, and dignified end-of-life care—providing comfort, support, and peace when their home is no longer an option.
