Through our Patient Wish Fund, we offer one-time grants to meet urgent or heartfelt needs. This can include help with groceries, rent, or utility bills—as well as comfort items like cozy blankets, music, or a cherished final wish. Whether it's a fishing trip with family or something as simple as adding a bird feeder outside the window, we aim to bring joy and relief, when every moment counts.

We also invest in community education and outreach surrounding hospice care. This includes advanced care planning, grief support, and access to hospice services. By hosting events, offering resources, and equipping caregivers, we help individuals and families feel informed and empowered in a difficult season.

Looking ahead, our vision includes opening a Hospice Care Home—a peaceful, eight-bed residence in a serene country setting. This space will provide a loving alternative for patients who are unable to receive hospice care at home. It’s a place where comfort, compassion, and dignity are at the heart of every moment.
